Marketing 101 is all about promoting your business. How can you build your business, track where the growth comes from and do everything cost effectively.

Today’s class is all about data base management.
Whether you have been a REALTOR for a day or thirty years, you know people. You have even served people. How many of those people or past clients are thinking about you right now? Tough question to anser for most of us. If you do not have a database that you market on a reguar basis the answer is simple. Very few! Sorry if it hurts but that is a cold hard fact.

Lets hit some steps you can take today to get started or to improve your current communication with your sphere of influence.

Step 1. Get all of your names, addresses, emails and personal details in one consolidated place. You could go out and spend a fortune for tools to help you or you can try some great tools that are very cost effective.

I can hear some of you now. “People don’t want to be spammed. They get enough email.” Well I agree. However, I never said anything about spamming them. When you receive an email that you have anticpated because it has information you want and is of value to you than you open that email, read that email and appreciate the person who sent you that email. Check out Constant contact and Infusionsoft or any other system you would like but get signed up.
